About the event
Join us for a community Red Cross First Aid & CPR/AED training course led by Richmond City Firefighter and Red Cross instructor Charles Gowan. CPR is an essential life-saving technique used in emergencies like heart attacks, drowning, and choking, where breathing or heartbeat has stopped. Early CPR can greatly enhance the survival chances of those experiencing cardiac arrest. This training will effectively and confidently prepare you for critical situations.
This course will take place at the Dorey Park Recreation Center as part of DPFM's Community Health Day. Dorey Park Farmers Market is delighted to offer this course at no cost, but space is limited - sign up soon.
